Congressman Zinke’s Statement on President Trump’s Joint Address to Congress
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Ryan Zinke issued the following statement in response to President Trump’s Joint Address to Congress:
“The first 42 days of the Trump Administration has seen a near elimination of the crisis at the southern border, budget savings as a result of rooting out waste and fraud, and President Trump has brought hostages home and the world closer to peace by demonstrating America’s strength. Tonight, the President highlighted some of the good work done in the last month and a half and laid out the very important work yet ahead on tax cuts, energy, national security, and border security. I will continue working with President Trump to fulfill our promises to the people of Montana, restore American greatness, and get the government back in the business of working for We the People, not itself.”
